How We Protect Your Data and Choices

Account Encryption

Your login credentials and account activity are encrypted end-to-end. We use TLS 1.2+ on all connections. When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, the payment gateway (not our server) stores your payment details.

Cookie and Tracking Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to track lobby behaviour (game clicks, session length). You can clear cookies in your browser settings. Tracking does not identify you by name; it logs your account ID and gameplay patterns.

Data Retention

Account records, deposits, withdrawals, and game history are retained for 5 years after your last activity, or until deletion is requested where local law permits. We purge dormant accounts older than 7 years unless you contact us to restore.

Access and Export

You can request a full export of your account data (deposits, withdrawals, game logs) by emailing [email protected] with your account ID. We deliver the export as a CSV file within 7 working days.

Dispute and Withdrawal Reversal

If a withdrawal fails or is reversed, funds return to your account wallet within 3 business days. Disputed deposits are investigated, and reversals are processed within 10 days. Contact live chat or email with transaction IDs.

Account Closure and Right to Deletion

You can close your account anytime via the settings menu. Upon closure, we retain transaction records for compliance but cease active use of personal contact data within 30 days, where local law permits.
